Archer Farms – Roast Beef on Asiago Tomato Focaccia

I went to pick up a few sundry items from Target over lunch and remembered I didn’t bring my lunch to the office. I swung by the deli case and picked up one of their sandwiches. Turns out, this was a damn good decision.

The sandwich is on an Asiago/Sundried Tomato Focaccia with the following layers:

I brought it to the office, threw it in the toaster office until it was nice and warm. Delicious!

And yes, that is two layers of provolone…

Last week was the first time that I heated the sandwich up…in the microwave. And WHOW! It was good. I was curious about the ingredients, so thanks for the list
