Archer Farms – Roast Beef on Asiago Tomato Focaccia

I went to pick up a few sundry items from Target over lunch and remembered I didn’t bring my lunch to the office. I swung by the deli case and picked up one of their sandwiches. Turns out, this was a damn good decision.

The sandwich is on an Asiago/Sundried Tomato Focaccia with the following layers:

  • Basil Pesto
  • Provolone
  • Sundried Tomatoes
  • Roast Beef
  • Provolone
  • Spinach
  • Tomatoes

I brought it to the office, threw it in the toaster office until it was nice and warm. Delicious!

And yes, that is two layers of provolone…

Re: Television

I watched the first episode of Sanctuary Season 1 last night… it was a pile of “meh” and I shall not waste my time watching the rest of that show.

I am now caught up with Leverage Season 2 and have enjoyed that show. Again, Hardison is the best character…

What do you guys think about Community? Chevy Chase and Joel McHale — has some strong comedy potential. I just hope it doesn’t suck.

Also, another show on ABC that has potential: V. It is a remake of the 80′s series of the same name… but looks like it could be very good.

Awaiting the return of the following shows: House, Lost, HIMYM, Big Bang Theory, Castle, 30 Rock, Caprica, Burn Notice, and The Office.

Is there anything else that should be on my radar?
