Okay — I’ll have to admit, this is interesting and something that I will more than likely try, out of sheer morbid curiosity.

The recipe, which doesn’t state what meat it best compliments, includes garlic, onion, ketchup, vinegar, hot sauce, and Hershey’s Chocolate Syrup. Of course, there are more ingredients, but that’s the gist of it.

My initial thought is this could be a type of mole sauce, though the inclusion of so much sugary ingredients doesn’t go with that thought. My personal opinion is that there would have to be a good bit of spiciness to counteract all the sweetness.
